WILL DRAW: fanart - OCs - armours (with a proper reference) - NSFW - violence/gore

WON'T DRAW: realism - mecha (warforged are okay, as long as the design is not too complex) - cars - furry (not yet, I'm working on that though!) - complex backgrounds.
I will obviously NOT draw things such as ped0philia - incest - r4pe - discriminating or hateful content of any kind.

I have the right to refuse any commission.

I reserve the right to post commissioned works to my portfolio and social media (unless you explicitly request otherwise for a valid reason).

My delivery time is highly variable, it may take me a while to finish it or just a few days depending on how busy I am, if it's urgent I recommend to point it out so we can discuss it.

Commissions are for personal use only, buyer may not use them for merchandise or any kind of profit (and absolutely no selling them as NFT/submitting them to AI databases).

If it's intended for commercial uses, it is best to directly discuss it.

References: I require at least one reference for the pose.
If it's an OC I'll need a proper description of the character's appearance, including facial features, colours and so on. If possible, please provide me with some pictures of other characters as a reference (for example, you might want your character to have a specific haircut, eye shape or outfit: I will be able to do a better job if you give me enough references to have a clear idea of how you want the final piece to be!)

Complexity/Details: many complex details may increase the price, such as a lot of props (or just a very difficult one to draw), an armour and so on.

Extra characters: +60% of the original price for an extra character, +50% for a third character and for a larger number it's best to discuss the price.

Backgrounds: simple backgrounds are included in the price (flat color/gradients). More complex backgrounds may lead to an illustration, in those cases I'd rather directly discuss it to agree on a price.

Payment: through PayPal only → 50% of the payment upfront and the rest after receiving your approval of the sketch. No exceptions!

Revisions: after delivering the initial sketch, it is possible to request for some changes (e.g. "can they have their eyes a bit wider?" "is it possible to add this necklace?" etc.) but you cannot request to completely change the pose/character. If you choose to do so, you will be charged an additional sketch fee (+20%). After you approve the initial sketch, I'll send WIPs to make sure that the art matches your expectations.

Refunds: if for any reason a commission needs to be canceled, it is only possible to receive a full refund if I have not started the sketch yet. If I already started it, I will simply not charge the remaining 50% of the payment, but I will not refund the sum paid upfront. If cancellation happens after the initial sketch has been approved, no refund will be provided.
